Placing an order signifies your acceptance of these terms. Please review the following details carefully. If you disagree with these terms, please refrain from using the website.
CUSTOMER AFFIDAVIT
- I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substances.
- By selling or delivering ammunition to me, Ataka Industries, LLC is not violating any state or local laws.
- I have never been, and do not expect to be, convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
- I am not under indictment for, and have never been convicted in any court of, a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.
- I am not a fugitive from justice.
- I am not currently subject to any restraining order.
- I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and have not been committed to any mental institution.
- I am not an illegal or unlawful alien.
- I have never been, and do not expect to be, discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
- I am at least twenty-one (21) years old.
- I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.
- I will use products purchased from Ataka Industries, LLC for lawful purposes only.
- If purchasing a firearm, it will be transferred in the name of the person paying for the item via the website and not for another person.
LEGALITY
You agree to use any products purchased from Ataka Industries, LLC for lawful purposes only and acknowledge that you are aware of all federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the product(s) you are purchasing. You will comply with all such laws and regulations.
You agree that any manufacturing, assembly, or modification of any kind on firearms or any other product using parts, components, or accessories purchased from Ataka Industries, LLC will be done within legal and regulatory parameters established by federal, state, and local authorities. You also confirm that you will adhere to all NFA laws and BATFE regulations. Please consult your local authorities and/or the BATFE before making any modifications or builds. Special federal, state, and/or local licensing, permission, and/or registration may be required for some modifications and builds.
You agree not to hold Ataka Industries, LLC liable for any legal consequences resulting from ignorance or deliberate disregard for those federal, state, or local regulations and laws. Ataka Industries, LLC will take all reasonable measures to inform the buyer about the legalities of each product and will not sell and/or ship items where prohibited. However, you acknowledge that the final responsibility rests with you, the buyer.
**LIABILITY**
Ataka Industries, LLC assumes no liability for any harm caused by improper or misuse of products purchased from Ataka Industries, LLC. You agree not to hold Ataka Industries, LLC liable for any such harm caused by improper use, installation, or maintenance performed by you or any other entity. Ataka Industries, LLC recommends consulting with a professional gunsmith before performing any installation, modification, or maintenance.
FIREARM SALES
Ataka Industries, LLC does not ship firearms directly to end-users once the purchase is completed. All firearm transfers must go through a federal license holder (FFL). If you do not hold a Federal Firearms License, you must arrange with an FFL in your state and jurisdiction of residence to receive and transfer the firearm to you. Refer to the How to Buy section for details on completing the firearm transaction. All firearms will be shipped to the premises address indicated on the receiving Federal Firearms License, with no exceptions. All required paperwork and background checks must be completed by your local FFL holder before transferring the firearm to you. Ataka Industries, LLC takes no responsibility or liability for any complications arising from federally mandated background checks or other issues with your FFL dealer. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the FFL dealer in advance of the order to arrange all transfer details. Ataka Industries, LLC does not contact FFL dealers to arrange transfers or request paperwork.
By placing a firearm order through Ataka Industries, LLC, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase firearms, are legally allowed to purchase firearms, have not committed any acts or are not under any conditions that would make purchasing and possession of firearms by you illegal, and are not committing any act of felony (such as Straw Purchase).
Some firearms for sale on our website may be restricted in your state or city. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of any item before placing your order. If you have any questions about state or local restrictions, please inquire with your local FFL before placing your order. Ataka Industries, LLC is not responsible for orders placed for illegal items in your area, and all returns due to this will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Firearm orders canceled before shipment due to legality issues will incur a $45.00 cancellation fee. This fee does not apply to Layaway orders, as there are no refunds on Layaway deposits. Firearms returned by your local FFL due to failed background checks or other complications will incur a 20% restocking fee, and original and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Ataka Industries, LLC is not affiliated with any transfer dealers but provides a list of dealers we have shipped to in the past. All transfer arrangements are between you and your dealer. We are not responsible for arranging or negotiating transfers. Ataka Industries will ship the firearm to the dealer you choose. Any issues with your FFL transfer dealer after shipment from our facility are the customer's responsibility, as you chose the dealer and Ataka has no affiliation with the dealer. By placing the order, you agree not to back charge or seek other compensation for problems experienced with your FFL transfer.
By placing an order for firearms and choosing a credit card payment option, you acknowledge that the order will ship to your chosen FFL transfer dealer and not your billing address. The FFL address will not match your credit card billing address, and you waive the right to post a credit card chargeback due to issues with your transfer.
All firearm sales are final. Please inspect your firearm at the FFL dealer before processing the transfer. If there is a problem, leave it at the dealer and contact us via email with the details so we can assist. No returns or exchanges will be processed on any firearm after the transfer. The firearm manufacturer should be contacted directly regarding technical questions or warranty issues. If you need contact information for the manufacturer, it is usually located in the owner manual. If not, please email Ataka Industries for contact info.
MAGAZINE RESTRICTIONS
Ataka Industries, LLC will not ship high-capacity magazines to any state or city with restrictions. For reference, here is a list of states with magazine restrictions. Use this as a guide only, as state and local laws change frequently. Please check your local and state laws.

- Colorado: 15 Rounds (No shotgun mags over 8 rounds. Local jurisdictions may vary.)
- Connecticut: 10 Rounds
- Delaware: 17 Rounds
- District of Columbia: 10 Rounds
- Hawaii: 10 Rounds (Handguns Only)

- 12 rounds to Chicago, IL

AMMUNITION SALES & RESTRICTIONS
By placing an order for ammunition through Ataka Industries, LLC, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase ammunition, are legally allowed to purchase ammunition, have not committed any acts or are not under any conditions that would make purchasing and possession of ammunition by you illegal, and are not committing any felony acts.
It is your responsibility to verify the legality of any ammunition before placing your order. If you have questions about state or local restrictions, please inquire with your local FFL before placing your order.
Ataka Industries, LLC will not ship ammunition to California, New York City, Washington D.C., or Connecticut. If you live in Illinois, we will ship to your local FFL dealer. Illinois residents must provide a copy of their FOID card and a state-issued photo ID before shipment. You must be 21 or older to purchase ammunition. Ammunition must ship via Ground; no air shipments are allowed.
By placing an ammunition order through Ataka Industries, LLC, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, have never committed any felonies, and have never committed any acts that would make purchasing ammunition illegal.
NFA ITEMS
All ATF NFA Rules apply to NFA orders. Please refer to the NFA How To Buy section on our website for instructions. Ataka Industries, LLC requires a $200 non-refundable deposit for any NFA item to be held while awaiting ATF approval. The $200 deposit will be applied to your balance. ATF approval can take 5-10 months on average and sometimes longer due to ATF workload. We will hold the item for 14 days if the deposit is not received; after that, the item will be re-listed for sale.
NFA items will only be transferred to your NFA Class
3 transfer dealer; we will not ship to the end user. Please contact your local transfer dealer to set up the transfer. After ATF approval, the item will transfer to your dealer, who will handle the proper paperwork with you.
All sales are final on NFA items as they are custom built and ordered from the manufacturer per your order. If you cancel your order before ATF paperwork is processed, your $200 deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations after paperwork submission to the ATF will incur a 20% restocking fee.
ORDERS AND BACKORDERS
We strive to ship all orders within 48-72 hours of receipt. All items listed as “In Stock” on our website are available for immediate shipment. Occasionally, a product may sell out before our website is updated. In such cases, you will be contacted to determine if you wish to wait for the product, substitute another product, or cancel your order. Please ensure your contact information is current and reachable during business hours to avoid delays.
Some products may be available on backorder. When placing a backorder, we will provide an estimated ship date, which may vary. You will be notified if there is a significant change in the expected ship date. Backorders can be canceled anytime before shipment, and a full refund will be issued.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices on our website are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and will provide a full refund. Prices do not include shipping and handling fees, calculated and added at checkout. Sales tax will apply to orders shipped within Maryland.
We accept credit cards, money orders, and certified checks. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. Orders paid by money order or certified check will not ship until payment clears. Personal checks are not accepted.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
We aim to provide high-quality products and service. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping and handling fees. All returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Orders may be canceled before shipment without penalty. However, once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Custom orders and NFA items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.
